How to Become a Physiotherapist
An individual aspiring to become a Physiotherapist will have to pursue a course of study in a University. Currently, the minimum entry level program in Africa is Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.Physiotherapy) or Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (BMR). In North America, the minimum Entry level education programs are typically at the Master and Doctoral levels, i.e. Master of Physcal Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
