The Local Organising Committee (LOC) has organised a conference hostel on the main campus of the University of Ghana, Legon.

The University of Ghana, Legon campus is about 13 kilometres from the conference venue and thus a 20 minute drive from the conference venue. The aim of the camp is to provide adequate yet affordable accommodation to participants on a low budget. The arrangement is tailored to cover both pre-congress workshop and actual congress. Booking has been made for six nights (18th - 23rd July).

Participants will be housed in the beautiful Jubilee and Valco Trust Hostels of the University of Ghana, Legon.
